Integration to companies

Through the experiences gained and the results obtained, the Progetto Lavoro Social Cooperative proposes to codify a model of recovery and social integration, through work, of disadvantaged people, to be re-proposed as a methodology for interventions, verified in the field, in particular to Public Bodies and Social-Healthcare Operators, so that the importance of this action and the undoubted "therapeutic" value in the "cure" of the disadvantage is verified, so as to increase the possibilities of entering into agreements with type "b" Social Cooperatives for the performance of services useful to the community and to disadvantaged people included.

The work activity arises as a subsequent and integration moment of the intervention carried out by public structures (ASL, SERT, prisons, category associations, etc.) and private (therapeutic recovery communities); the planned intervention is aimed at training and/or social and professional reform of the person and therefore at a subsequent social and occupational reintegration which can be determined for the same either by remaining within the structure of the Cooperative or in different fields (self-employment, other opportunities).
